“In the early 80’s the state was buying right of way for the Independence Expressway, I needed a real-estate agent that I trusted to help locate a suitable property for my business. I interviewed several and was impressed with Ian’s professional manor and helpful attitude. He soon located a number of properties and we settled on the Thrift Road location. The building size was good but it needed to be uplifted for retail. Ian helped with getting an architect and building contractor to customize the building for our needs. In 2014 at age 74 I decided it was time to retire. I again called on my friend Ian to list my property for sale. He once again guided me through the process. He researched the best asking price for the property and soon was showing the property always advising me in advance due to the fact that I wanted to continue with my retail business as long as possible.
