In the early 80’s the state was buying right of way for theIndependence Expressway, I needed areal-estate agent that I trusted to help locate asuitable property for my business. Ian then worked with the buyer and his agent andnegotiated a lease back for three months that allowed me tohave a going out of business sale and move the remaining inventory into a warehouse.
