In the early 80’s the state was buying right of way for theIndependence Expressway, I needed areal-estate agent that I trusted to help locate asuitable property for my business. Iinterviewed several and was impressed with Ian’s professional manor and helpfulattitude. He soon located a number of properties and we settled on the Thrift Road location.
