In the early 80’s the state was buying right of way for theIndependence Expressway, I needed areal-estate agent that I trusted to help locate asuitable property for my business. Iinterviewed several and was impressed with Ian’s professional manor and helpfulattitude. He soon located a number of properties and we settled on the Thrift Road location. The building size was good but it needed to beuplifted for retail. Ian helped with getting anarchitect and building contractor tocustomize the building for our needs.
